Here’s a little dinner idea for those nights it’s just way too hot to turn the oven on! Love the easy clean up on this one too, just chop up a bunch of goodies and serve on an easy grab platter! Great for all ages too! Kids always seem to gobble these simple dinners up!
No-Cook Summer Dinner

Ingredients
- 6 hard boiled eggs
- 10-14 nitrate-free organics turkey meat rolls
- 8-10 oz. fresh hummus
- 2-3 diced avocados
- 2-3 diced tomatoes
- 5-10 peeled and sliced carrots
- TJ's raw milk cheddar cheese cubed or sliced
- fresh fruit (I used apples and mandarine oranges)
Instructions
- Place everything on a large platter or cutting board and dig in!
Notes
- This is also an easy picnic dinner too, that doesn't require plates or utensils!
