Love me some pita chips! Especially those fab ones at the farmers market, drenched in olive oil and dried herbs! I knew they couldn’t be that complicated to make, so I busted out a batch. They were easy and taste just as fab as the farmers market ones, plus they cost a fraction of the price to make! Give em’ a whirl, you’ll be making another batch in no time!
Homemade Pita Chips

Ingredients
- fresh pita bread
- evoo
- dried garlic
- sea salt
- fresh pepper
- dried oregano
- lemon
Instructions
- Cut pita bread into chip size triangles, on a baking sheet toss pita liberally in EVOO, dried garlic, sea salt, fresh pepper, dried oregano, and a squeeze of lemon, rub and toss until all sides are well coated.
- Bake at 400°F for 8-10 minutes or until chips are crunchy! Enjoy with fresh hummus!
