Grilled Sausage and Veggies

Not only is this one yummy meal, but it takes almost NO time to make and only requires a few ingredients. I typically just toss whatever hardy veggies I have in a little avocado/coconut oil blend, add some seasoning, and throw them on the grill with 2-3 packages of a good quality natural sausage.  After a quick grill all around, I put everything together on one dish and serve it family style. Simple and DELISH!

Ingredients
  1. 2-3 packages of a good quality natural sausage
  2. assortment of sliced veggies (my faves: zucchini, squash, asparagus, onion)
  3. avocado/coconut oil blend
  4. sea salt
  5. fresh pepper
  6. granulated garlic
  7. italian herbs (optional)
  8. dried herbs (optional)
Instructions
  1. Preheat grill for high heat.
  2. Using a zip lock bag, add your assorted veggies, drizzle with avocado/coconut oil blend.
  3. Add sea salt, fresh pepper, granulated garlic, Italian herbs (optional), and dried herbs (optional).
  4. Seal the bag and give veggies a good toss.
  5. Grill veggies for 3 minutes on each side, or until tender.
  6. Halve the sausages and grill for 1-2 minutes on each side, or until sausages are cooked through, but still juicy.
