Ok, these are just too easy and too yummy. Here’s a staple recipe form my kitchen that everyone can eat! Carly’s Favorite Dairy free, grain free, vegan cookies, that might change your life. 🙂
GF chocolate chip cookies
1&1/4 c almond flour
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 c dark chocolate chips
1/4 c oil (grapeseed or olive)
1/4 c honey or maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla
Mix wet and dry ingredients. Roll cookies into 1 inch balls. Place on parchment lined baking sheet. Press balls to flatten. Bake at 350 for 7-10 minutes.
