These brussel sprouts are so yummy and are a fun unique side dish for anything! I often just pan cook a few chicken breasts with a little olive oil, sea salt and pepper along with fresh garlic for a few minutes, or until cooked through. I serve it with a quick batch of basmati or brown rice, and a summer salad with whatever fun toppings are in my fridge! Even my little ones loved these!
Balsamic-Honey Brussel Sprouts

Ingredients
- 2-3 cups of Brussels sprouts
- 1 TBL. extra virgin olive oil
- balsamic vinegar
- honey
Instructions
- Heat 1 TBL. of evoo, on medium heat, in a sauté pan.
- Sauté 2-3 cups of Brussels sprouts cut in half.
- Add drizzle of balsamic vinegar and few drizzles of honey.
- Sauté til soft and slightly browned.
- Remove from heat, serve, and enjoy.
