This is an oldie but a goodie in my house! My friend Laura and I were hosting a gals night and wanted to serve a healthy dessert option, she showed me this yummy little recipe! She just cored and sliced apples horizontally and scooped a, 60% creamy peanut butter, 30% granola, 10% chocolate chips mixture, in between two apple slices! Way easy and delish! Also, you can add anything to them, dried friut, shopped nuts, rice cereal or granola would be tasty added to them too!
