Seriously so fast! And this is the least “fishy” fish dish! The lemon and EVOO is a nice strong flavor, that comes through and makes this a delish dish! This is a staple in my kitchen, kids and both Chad and I LOVE it!

Ingredients
- 1-2 lbs white fish (I used sol)
- evoo
- juice of half a lemon,
- pink salt
- fresh pepper
- 2-3 cups of Brussels sprouts
- balsamic vinegar
- honey
- handful of baby greens
Instructions
- Pre heat oven to 425°F, on a baking sheet drizzle evoo, juice of half a lemon, over any white fish (I used sol) and season with pink salt and some fresh pepper, pop in the oven and cook for 6-9 minutes or until flakey.
- While the fish is in the oven, sauté 2-3 cups of Brussels sprouts cut in half, with a drizzle of evoo, balsamic vinegar, and few drizzles of honey.
- Sauté until soft and slightly browned.
- Next toss a couple handfuls of baby greens with a simple homemade dressing.
